Contract Manager

Title: Contract Manager Location: Central London Salary: £50/60,000 plus package Contract: Permanent A Contract Manager is needed for Central London to work with a growing housing, residential and construction company, Refurbishing, regenerating and design & building. Building over 5000 new home units a year and improving over one million homes, schools and care homes. As Contract Manager you will be required to take full control of various projects within London and the Home Counties regenerating and refurbishing non-occupancy home, dealing with authorities and full turnkey construction from inception/tender through to hand over of specific projects. They are looking for a contract manager with experience in the same role for a number of years. You will be academically educated within the construction sector and have both decent homes and full super structure construction experience. With 2017 fast approaching, this company are recruiting for the future and looking for a productive team to use a recent investment to progress this company and its stature within the construction sector.
