Managing Surveyor - High End Residential

We're currently seeking a Managing Surveyor to join a well established High Residential contractor to be based in Cambridge. Working on High Spec Residential developments your main focus will be to provide support to the Commercial Manager on special projects. Projects include Mansion blocks and one off bespoke builds. Recent Residential experience is essential for this role and you must be based within a commutable distance to Cambridge. The successful Managing Surveyor can expect to receive a salary of up to £60k dependant on experience, along with excellent company benefits. Managing Surveyor Duties: * Provide support to the Commercial Manager * Control and report costs and financial projections * Assist all projects in all pre-contract activities * Actively participate in Design & Client meetings * Produce RAMs Managing Surveyor Requirements: * Have a solid understanding of main forms contracts (essential) * Previous experience working on live projects * Proven experience working within the Residential sector * Quality minded * Full UK Driving Licence * Commutable to Cambridge * Stable Career history Managing Surveyor Package: * Salary: £50k -£60k dependant on experience * Holiday, Pension APPLY NOW to be considered for this excellent vacancy.
