Title: Town Planner Location: London Salary: £25,000 to £32,000 + Benefits London based Planning Practise are actively looking for a Town Planner with between 2-4 years planning experience, who is either recently Chartered or cusp RTPI to join their rapidly expanding planning team and work on South East and London based projects. Key duties for the Town Planner position will include:- * To prepare and submit comprehensive planning applications including design and access statements working in close proximity with the Associate Planner of the team. * To attend site locations in order to undertake site assessments for development potential, and then writing detailed reports for the Head of Planning and the Client/Developers. * Working closely with key business partners of the organisation, providing professional advice and guidance on all planning related matters, keeping them abreast on all project developments. * To work effectively as a member of the team or independently where required, keeping to project deadlines whilst ensuring the high standards of work are kept to at all times. * Maintaining a sound understanding of all planning guidelines and actively look to develop your knowledge on local development issues that will assist in current and future projects.
