AssocRICS Building Surveyor

Our client is a well-established firm of chartered surveyors. They provide building consultancy services to a range of sectors including education, health, ecclesiastical, commercial and residential. Based in our Leatherhead office, they provide these services across the London & the South East. Their recent expansion and growth across all sectors has created the need for an AssocRICS Building Surveyor. The Role will include: • RICS Building Condition Surveys and Forward Maintenance registers • Measured surveys and subsequent production of AutoCAD drawings • Preparation of Feasibility studies including drawings and budget costs • Production of specifications and schedules of work • Contract Administration of extension and refurbishment projects • Submission of planning and building control applications • Party Wall etc. Act 1996 The right candidate would be: • Bright, enthusiastic and conscientious • Logical thinker with excellent attention to detail • Effective in both oral and written communications • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks • Ability to follow instruction independently and work effectively as part of a team • Good levels of computer literacy with working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project and AutoCAD LT • Full UK driving license For more information on this role, or to apply please email your CV to (url removed), or alternatively, call (Apply online only)
