Senior Quantity Surveyor - PQS/Consultancy - London - Private & Public Sector A consultancy who have successfully delivered on some of Europe's greatest projects is seeking an articulate and client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their professional and dedicated London office based a pleasant walk from Euston Square station. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver a first class service on a number of public and private sector projects across Europe. Alongside this, the successful Senior QS will be exposed to a variety of sectors in the UK. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a consultancy with an impressive track-record of delivering the best results and solutions to their clients. A sensational opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to begin the new year with an established, international Consultancy! The Role The successful Senior QS will report to the Directors and Clients whilst undertaking real technical challenges. Day to day role will include: * Cost planning, cost auditing * Measurement * Cost management * Sit in on weekly project reviews with the Director as required * Preparing and analysing costings for tenders; * Work closely with Contracts Management team * Pre and Post contract roles The Person The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have: * 10+ years QS experience * MRICS is ideal, not essential * A track record of Hospitality projects * Private and Public Sector experience * Track record in managing complex, high value and varied contracts from a quantity surveying perspective. * Strong IT skills * Good communication In return?
