Operations Manager (M&E)

Our client a leading building and refurbishment contractor require an experienced operations manager from a Mechanical & Electrical background to head up the division. Responsibilities: • Candidate requires extensive experience of the M&E sector in the Domestic and Commercial market. • Must have the ability to manage a standalone division and be commercially astute with the ability to negotiate with suppliers, prepare competitive bids/tenders, have a broad design knowledge and to manage projects to completion with a direct workforce and supply chain. • The candidate will need to work very closely with the Board of Directors and Business Development Manager to grow turnover in the long term.
