Managing Quantity Surveyor - North West
The Opportunity
You have the opportunity to join a Top Tier Contractor and work on one of the most prestigious Highways projects in the North West.
They are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team on a permanent basis.
My client is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor with strong Commercial experience to take on a crucial role in the company helping and assisting the Customer Program Manager or Project Managers on assigned Contracts to ensure a full commercial service is provided.
This is a unique position as the successful candidate will play a key role in the long term future of the business and have the opportunity to work for a particularly innovative company managing and supervising the commercial function and employees within the Sector.

The Key Requirements
As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will:
* Have a relevant qualification, e.g. degree HNC/HND minimum
* Have at least 7 years' experience in the Commercial Arena
* Must have good communication and IT Skills
* Must have experience managing a small team
* Must be confident, professional and presentable

The Money
As the successful Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will receive:
Between £56,000 and £62,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
