An opportunity has arisen on one of the most prestigious high end residential schemes in London for a Site Manager. The scheme is considered as a current top 10 development within London. The Role The role will involve overseeing luxury apartments from first fix right the way through to finals. A huge focus will be working with the trades, setting tasks etc in order to get the best out of the team. In addition you will be responsible for Health and Safety and quality of the works being carried out in general. The candidate You will need to have at least 7 years experience as a Site Manager with either a blue chip main contractor or a residential developer, working on high end residential projects. A proven track record of delivering such projects is preferred however if you have experience working on internals within the 5* hotel market, you will be considered. Sharp IT skills are essential.
