Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Graduate looking for your first Quantity Surveying role? I am working on behalf of a nationally recognised, Affordable Housing contractor who in the last 12 months alone, has achieved over £300m turnover which is a 25% increase from the previous year. With a strong pipeline of work, due to an extensive secured land bank, they are now looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to assist the commercial team. You will be working closely with the Quantity Surveyor in order to help develop a new regional division and in turn, will be given the mentoring and assistance you need to develop your own career. As a business they have seen a 13% increase in sales over the last 12 months, as a result, there are plans to double in size, which will generate both opportunities for those who are driven to progress and stability for the business as a whole
