Residnetial Site Manager

My client is a well established house building contractor in the UK and have an exceptional reputation in the house building industry. As a result of continued growth and a new and also demand consistently throughout 2016, And also the opening of there new regional office. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with an experienced residential background to join their already successful team working on a traditional new build site in the East Midlands, Your duties will be to make sure Budgets, timescales and to work alongside their high standards. Key responsibilities for this role will include the following. Managing teams of sub contractors Liaising with architects & Client Planning and control of site activities Reporting to Contracts Manager The successful candidate for this role must also posses the following listed below Experience working traditional build.
