An opportunity has arisen on one of the most prestigious high end residential schemes in London for a Finishing Manager. The scheme is considered as a current top 10 development within London. The Role The role will involve overseeing the finishing for luxury apartments. A huge focus will be working with the dry liners in order to get the best out of the team. There will be additional focus on the snagging of plastering as well as snagging in general. The candidate You will need to have at least 4 years experience as a Finishing Manager with either a blue chip main contractor or a residential developer, working on high end residential projects. A proven track record of delivering such projects is preferred however if you have experience working on internals within the 5* hotel market, you will be considered.
