Building Senior Technician

Building Senior Technician - Competitive salary + benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Senior Technician to join one of our long term clients. As Building Senior Technician you will work in a team providing a broad range of building / construction expertise across their site to maintain and improve existing buildings, infrastructure and other structures or facilities. To carry out this role you must have the following skills and qualifications: • Trade background • HNC or HND in an appropriate building / construction discipline • Working knowledge of CDM Regulations • Good knowledge of Building Regulations • Site supervision with particular regard to specification compliance, quality and health & safety. A minimum of 3 years’ experience is required in a similar role including: • Assessment of building / construction defects • Building engineering and design • Budget management • Management of contractors • Risk and environmental assessments • Maintenance planning • Estimating This is a challenging role involving work on a diverse range of projects
