Our client who is a well known contract established 1934. Company are APPOINTED INSTALLERS FOR METSEC METFRAME AND STEEL FRAMING SOLUTIONS across the UK. Require a surveyor to help support the busy growth. Responsibilities: Application each month to all contracts Chase monies/payments/final accounts Make records of monies received in files and applications (working closely with Accountant) D/W valuing and recording Wages of all works Material costs kept up to date O/M manuals Set up contracts files Sub-contract contracts Wages time sheets Invoices Take offs Material take offs Re-pricing work This is an exciting opportunity with long term career prospects
