With a turnover of £1M and being known for their refurbishment projects, this position is for a Junior/Intermediate Contract/Project manager to join their fit out division, on a permanent basis, located in North London.
Looking after various projects in and around London will provide you with exposure to high end residential as well as general renovations.
The Role:
-Procurement of sub-contractors
-Interim valuations on a monthly basis
-Cost management documents
-Claiming/Valuing variations
-Instruction of variations to sub-contractors
-Monthly progress reporting to the client and our internal board
-Settlement of payments to the sub-contractors and raising certificates for payment
-Management of Projects Cash Flow
The Candidate:
-The ideal Candidate would have experience working within the Fit out Schemes to a similar value
-A Degree or HNC equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is desired, however not essential
-Experience taking full commercial responsibility and managing junior surveyors
-Hunger and desire to continue progressing and developing with what is already a very successful business
-Good Commercial judgement
