Project/ Senior Project Manager- East London

In line with the nationwide recovery we are witnessing in the residential development sector, we are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s leading residential developers for their latest large residential scheme in East London. Reporting into the Construction Director, the duties of the successful applicant will include taking this new build site through from initial groundwork’s to final hand over, supervision of sub-contractors, chairing progress meetings, Q.A. control and the provision of H&S Training. Applicants MUST have at least 5 years’ experience as a lead manager on site with a UK based residential developer or main contractor delivering a high quality project against challenging deadlines and strict budget: • MUST have extensive residential experience • MUST have High Rise, RC Frame experience to a minimum of 12 storeys • MUST have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) • MUST be competent with IT We are particularly interested in hearing from award winning site managers who feel that they are unappreciated and undervalued by their current employer and would like to take a progressive step in their career.
