Location: London (W1) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits About the Building Surveyor Company: This is a well respected regional construction consultancy based in London who offer their clients commercial, contract, and design advice on a wide range of build projects. Their Building Surveying team in London is currently experiencing a period of growth and is looking for an Building Surveyor who is either recently chartered by the RICS or who is currently completing their APC who can help deliver a number of key projects. About the Building Surveyor Opportunity: Based in the heart of central London in excellent new and contemporary office, we have an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor with 2 - 5 years’ practical experience gained within a consultancy environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 2:1 Building Surveying degree with good ‘A’ Level results. They offer a wide range of client-focused building surveying work in a multi-disciplinary environment, with every opportunity for the right individuals to progress within the organisation. You must be dynamic and enthusiastic with good interpersonal and business development skills, with broad experience in professional and project work within the Commercial, Media and, ideally, with a good technical knowledge within professional work.
