Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst - North West

We now have an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing asbestos company that offers a full range of asbestos and environmental services, who are recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst in the North West, applications from Merseyside, Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas would be considered for this role. Job requirements: Must possess P402, P403 and P404 asbestos certificates. Will have previous practical experience in asbestos surveying and air-monitoring/air-testing within the asbestos sector. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Be adaptable and have the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team. Roles and responsibilities: Collating and producing asbestos reports as and when required. Developing and maintaining good relationship with the company's portfolio of clients. Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties - commercial and industrial. The job also includes asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances and re-occupation and personal air testing. Supervising asbestos contractors on site and ensuring that they comply with the asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
