Project Manager required Unique opportunity Uncapped earning potential Growing contractor I have a fantastic opportunity with a growing main contractor! They are looking for a professional and experienced Project Manager to join the team and overseas the day to day running of their projects. You will be responsible for developing a team and growing the business via your own contacts. This is a unique opportunity to be a fundamental part of a growing contractor. The business: The business is a growing contractor with plans to double their turnover in the next 6-12 months, hence their demand for an experienced Project Manager. Predominantly you will be working on conversation projects from commercial buildings to residential. The contract has projects all around the UK but pick up the majority of their work in London and the M4 corridor. The role: You will essentially be acting as the operations manager for all of the projects, reporting back to the directors when needs be. You will be acting as the face of the business on site so it's essential you are a professional and you are able to deal with stakeholders at all levels. Duties will include: * Managing various projects ensuring all is on schedule and to the correct standard. * Actively overseeing all live projects and directing operations on the ground. * You will be responsible for recruiting a team of site staff which will report directly to you. * You will allocate site staff to each project as you see fit. * You will be responsible for liaising with clients throughout the project What's required? * You must have 10 years plus Project Management experience * Must have proven success managing a team either within your own company or within a larger organisation * Experience within the commercial and residential sectors is advantageous * You must have professional contacts to bring to the business to expand the site team * You must be a motivate and driven individual * Client facing and professional manner is essential What's on offer? * Salary: Negotiable * Bonuses are awarded on a project by project basis which means you can take a percentage of the profits from each project which you lead to a successful completion. * The chance to shape a growing business as it move forward * The chance to take responsibility for the hiring of your own team
