Job title: (Senior Quantity Surveyor): Salary: (£65,000 - £75,000) Location: (North West London) Job Type: (Permanent) The company This is a well-established residential developer who focus their work in North West London and Home Counties. They are going through an extensive growth period with several exciting new developments going into construction. Our client has a reputation in delivering a high quality product for the past 50 years and really take importance in looking after their staff. Job role/criteria: * At this moment in time they are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor which will be based in the North London office and will be working on their largest project to date in the company's history. * The project is a multiphase regeneration scheme running over a 4 year build program. * You will be the number 1 surveyor on the project and will be reporting into a Managing Quantity Surveyor. * The company will offer up to £75K as a basic salary and on top of this you will also expect to receive an impressive car package or company car, as well as 25 days holiday (which rise with the number of years served) plus bank holidays. * There are annual salary reviews, pension and private healthcare as well as travel allowances and bonuses. Education, experience and essential: * Candidates are ideally asked to come from a housing background or main contracting experience will be also accepted. * A degree in Surveying or other form of construction background would be ideal but not always essential. * At least 10 years in a surveying related role is essential.
