Building Services Engineer

This role for a Building Services has been released on a temporary basis for 5 months initially based in Hounslow. You will need experience of:- * Managing maintenance support activities via a small in-house team and a wide range of contractors providing mechanical, electrical and fabric, scheduled and reactive, maintenance to an estate of approx. 100 public sector buildings * Hands-on experience of running and maintaining HVAC and electrical systems for properties ranging in size from 250m2 to 12,000m2; demonstrated ability to service and maintain mechanical building assets * Operating and analysing BMS Trend systems and optimising for efficiency; proven capability in fault finding on HVAC control systems * Preparing specifications for remedial and servicing works to enable competitive procurement tenders and quotations * Supporting breakdown situations and call-outs, coordinating staff and contractors to minimise disruption and enable 'business as usual' * Supporting project works, office moves, minor works and providing technical expertise to other team members and staff * A qualification in building services engineering * A knowledge of current health and safety legislation, including risk assessments and method of work statements, within a mechanical and electrical engineering context To apply please forward your CV ASAP --- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
