Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 About the Senior Quantity Surveyor Company: This is an independent construction consultancy based in Central London that is looking to take on a Senior Quantity Surveyor. At the moment they are currently working on a £105m commercial and residential mix used scheme and a high-end specialist retail project worth £40m. As a company they work in a range of sectors including commercial, retail, residential, both refurb and new build. The projects range in value and can be up to £110m in value. About the Quantity Surveyor Company Opportunity: As the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be running a range of projects in and around Central London. You will be client facing and want to work in a management role. There will also be the potential to progress to Associate level quickly. It is essential that you are RICS Chartered.
