Assistant Site Manager

My client is a well respected and established developer who are now in the market for an Assistant Site Manager on a project in Epsom which has 60 houses still to build out before the end of the project. The role requires someone with proven experience of managing externals and superstructure and who ideally will have worked on NHBC award winning project previously. First Aid, CSCS and First Aid are also required as are recent references.
