Regional Commercial Manager - Construction

Location: South East (Essex Region) Salary: Up to £100,000 + package Role: Regional Commercial Manager Company: Our client are a main contractor that turns over c£500m+ out of a number of office's and are experiencing substantial growth within the area. They are an established multifaceted construction business that has built solid relationships with clients over a number of years. Due to a massive pipeline of work and organic growth they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Commercial Manager to join the new build Construction Division managing a business revenue of c£100m on schemes ranging from £5m - £70m. Sectors which you will be involved with are: Industrial Leisure Student Accommodation Commercial Stadia Person: The successful Commercial Manager will be office based, visiting sites responsible for 4-5 schemes with a value of c£100m. You will be able to demostrate experience as a Commercial Manager with a building main contractor where you were responsible for delivering results through your teams. Role: To maximise profitability Take responsibility for both commercial delivery of projects and work winning Demonstrate a good understanding of difference measurement/financial models Ensure the commercial function within the business unit effectively supports the operational teams in the implementation of H & S policies Regularly reviews and provides guidance and challenge on strategic project and business unit objectives To develop highly talented and motivated commercial people and teams To work closely with other business functions particularly finance, operations and IT.
