Senior Quantity Surveyor required ASAP to lead a £12m Commercial Cut and Carve Scheme in the City of London! I urgently require a Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of our top tier main contractors to lead a £12m complex Commercial Cut and Carve Scheme based in the City of London. The benefits of this role include leading your own project, based in a great location within London as well as good duration with the option of freelance, temp to perm or permanent. The role will involve procurement, variations, payments, cost-reporting and final accounts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience, and come from a main contracting or developer background.
