We are looking for dedicated, flexible and experienced Air Conditioning Engineers.
If you are looking for a new career within Facilities Management, this is a great opportunity! The range of contracts you will be required to work on will include huge retail brands, shopping centres and well established relationships.
Essential requirements:
* 2079 FGas qualified - this is an important requirement
* 2391 testing and inspecting
* 17th Edition electrical testing
* City and Guilds level 1 and 2 in Air Conditioning and refrigeration
* 236 part 1 and 2 Electrical Installation
Desirable requirements:
* ACS Qualifications Commercial and Domestic
* IPAF
Responsibilities:
* Undertaking all tasks as directed by supervisors or other line management
* Ensuring compliance with appropriate regulations at all times and that the appropriate materials are used
* Conducting preventative maintenance and effective and safe working practice within the role
* Willing to work out of hours in line with clients requirements
* Travel within the North of England as far up as Newcastle
This is a great opportunity to work for one of the countries most rapidly expanding Facilities Management providers, you will receive a salary of £32,000 to £35,000 (negotiable for right candidate) and a fantastic benefits package.
