Trainee Buyer

Due to continued growth we are currently recruiting for a Trainee Buyer to join our Buying department. The position; - Send out enquiries for appropriate materials - Collate and analyse quotations - Place orders with suitable suppliers and ensure goods are delivered on the required date - Chase deliveries from suppliers that are overdue or urgent - Process invoice queries What we`re looking for; - An interest in the construction industry - Strong administrational and organisational skills - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally - Strong customer service awareness and an understanding for the impact on the business - Strong IT skills including the use of MS packages This is excellent opportunity to join a well-established, forward thinking, expanding company who can offer genuine support to develop your career and progression opportunities.
