Chartered Surveyor

My client is a family run company who provide expert services including Building Surveys, Homebuyers` reports and Valuations on a national basis. Due to continued growth, they have multiple permanent Chartered Surveyor vacancies, either on a full or part time basis. Responsibilities: - Undertake mortgage valuations, homebuyer reports and building surveys for main lenders and private clients - Tailor surveys to the specific needs of the client - Identify any risks, defects or significant damage - Comment upon the damp proofing, drainage and inspect the insulation - Provide information as to the construction and general condition of the property - Highlight any matters that need to be referred to a Legal Adviser. - Work with a dedicated scheduler to arrange appointments and feedback information. Qualifications: - Must be a Chartered Surveyor, either RICS or MRICS - The ideal candidate will have experience in residential surveying, however this is not essential as training and mentoring is provided
