Estimator- Chichester

3D Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator in Chichester. Your new company One of the few large, independent construction companies in the south. Your new job: You will be brought on to join the Preconstruction Department. Reporting to the Pre-construction Director, you will produce accurate estimates on time for adjudication and to negotiate successful tenders through to hand-over with the delivery teams, to enable the Company to fulfil its business objectives. What we need from you: In order to succeed in this role, you will need experience reviewing and assessing tender documentations, producing accurate net estimates, Making sure that tenders take in to account health and safety, quality and environmental legislation as well as compliant with company policies and procedures. Maintaining communications and consult with the selected suppliers / sub-contractors during the tender period and Maintaining communications and consult with the selected suppliers / sub-contractors during the tender period.
