3D Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager. Your new company One of the few large, independent construction companies in the south. Your new job: You will be co-ordinating, managing and motivate the project pre-construction bidding team . The successful candidate will generate profitable tenders for authorisation and submission, to maximise the order pipeline and its conversion into market share, revenue and gross profit within the business unit. This role has a crucial remit to manage the pre-construction department, comprising of Bid Management, Estimating and Development Management. What we need from you In order to succeed in this role, you will need experience in generate profitable tenders and, comprising of Bid Management and Estimating. We are looking for a candidate with a good employment record, demonstrating longevity with Main Contractors / Employers.
