Assistant Site Manager / Planner (residential)

I currently have a unique opportunity for a degree educated Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager which will enable fast track career progression. The position I have available is with a well known house builder in the Kent area. Due to the demand for new homes my client have created a new role for someone to be involved in the Build Planning to aid the site teams. The ideal candidate for this role will have on-site experience with a residential developer or contractor OR will have experience as a Planner on residential projects. Due to the nature of the role you will need to be computer illiterate and preferably degree educated. The role - Office/On Site split role You will organise the build programmes for multiple sites and will work extremely closely with the contracts managers and site teams The software used will be Asta Powerproject Coordination between departments will be a key role for you You will attend site meetings when required This is a great opportunity for someone looking to fast track their career or for someone that is looking to change direction within their career.
