Site Manager

A first class regional contractor, this company is one of the fastest growing firms of its kind within the UK. They have the ability to work on a wide range of engineering and building schemes; this contractor has developed a strong reputation and enjoys a high level of repeat business. Due to a number of recent project wins, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team. Working initially on a £10m new build project in Exeter, you will be required to oversee the management of various work packages including H & S, quality, programming and sub-contractor management. Reporting into a Project or Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for ensuring your projects complete to time, budget, quality and customer satisfaction. As an experienced Site Manager, you will have; - a proven track record and solid career history with a recognised main contractor - IT literate, organised and results driven - ideally have a trade background with a wealth of technical construction knowledge - Hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications The company are committed to developing the business and their staff and they are able to offer a competitive salary, full benefits package and further training opportunities
