The successful Structural Engineer will have the opportunity to join a forward thinking business that deals within Residential, Commercial, Industrial and High Rise projects. Responsibilities: ·Analyse configurations of basic structural components ·Preparing reports, designs and drawings ·Making calculations on loads and stresses ·Providing technical advice ·Considering the strength of various materials ·Liaise with other designers, including architects, to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction ·Monitor and inspect work undertaken by contractors ·Use computer simulations to predict how structures will react under different conditions and computer-aided design (CAD) technology for simulation ·Managing projects ·Administering contracts Candidate: ·Experience in both Tedds & AutoCad ·Degree ·Construction experience ·Graduate - Associate level This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Civil Engineering company.
