Position: Quantity Surveyor *All Levels* Location: Buckinghamshire Salary: Open for Negotiation – Dependant on Salary Duration: Permanent The Company My client are looking for a Assistant/QS/Senior Quantity Surveyor to based in their Buckinghamshire office. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing Construction company to be able to work with an experienced surveying and estimating team. You will grow on to be fully involved on projects from start, preparing estimating and mobilisation, to monitoring progression of live jobs by minimising cost and enhancing value by tracking of variations and reporting on profitability working closely alongside a contracts manager. You will be getting involved in various projects giving you great experience to develop your skills. As well as the variety of projects, you will be supported throughout your role at all times. Responsibilities - Monthly project valuations - Tracking and valuing Variations - Estimating measuring, Pricing tenders - Preparation of project files and contract administration - Assisting on Purchase order processing Requirements - Full Driving Licence - Experience with Refurbs would be an advantage - Previous Experience as a QS would be necessary - This role will require an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail - Word, Excel and Outlook skills If you are interested in this position, please contact Zoe Hartshorn on (Apply online only)
