Part II/III Residential Architect

FRAME recruitment is working with a bespoke development Architectural practice that are specialists in working with High end Private Residential clients; who are looking for a Part II/III to expand their team. The suitable candidate should have experience in the residential market a keen eye for design. Proven Vectorworks experience Ability to work well in a team Client facing skills Exposure to UK Building regulations This role has the ability for an experienced Part III to step up and lead a small team of 6 reporting into a mentoring Associate. The suitable candidate will benefit from a competitive salary circa £40,000 and the Chance to work with some high end clients and projects.
