From education to major commercial projects, renovation to new build, they have the knowledge and experience to complete projects on time and within budget. They are now in the market for a very experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The Contracts Manager for this role will work in a mixture of New Build and refurbishment projects, within residential, education and health, usually valued from £1m to £7m When not on site, you will spend 60% of the time in their regional office. The ideal Contracts Manager for this role will have a strong background working with a multi-site/multi-discipline organisation. You must be a good communicator, knowledgeable, reliable, dependable and organised.
