Multi trader (Van supplied) Urgent

A new role has come up working for a leading contractor in the Social Housing repairs and mobile maintenance sector in NW London You will be supplied a Van from the start of the contract. This position will consist of mainly working in Occupied and Void properties carrying reactive maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a Multi trader, snagging work experience covering Social housing reactive maintenance work. This is a full time position and immediate start available. The ideal candidate should have: - Social housing experience / Or a domestic maintenance background - Time served or NVQ/C+G qualification is ideal - Full driving license Required skills: . Plumbing (Changing basins, fitting toilets, leaks, bath fitting, pipe fitting etc) . Carpentry (Hanging doors, fixing architracve, skirting) .
