Plasterer/Multi Trader

North London, UK Plasterer/Multi Trader- Social Housing/Residential (Temporary to Permanent) One of our social housing clients are looking for a Plasterer/Multi Trader to join them on their North London Contract on a temporary to permanent basis. This is working within social housing properties and attending repairs and maintenance issues across North London on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of plastering. You will also be responsible for carrying out additional repairs such as minor carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating and making good to ensure all repairs are carried out to a high standard. You will ideally have worked within the social housing sector previously and hold an NVQ in Plastering or be time served. Please note that due to this role being within the social housing sector and the likelihood of working within the vicinity of vulnerable groups, you will be required to hold a full Enhanced DBS Copy. This is essential for the role, again due to lawful regulation. This role is temporary ongoing offering up to £21 GBP per hour inc van and fuel card. Please note that the hours are 8am-5pm.
