Senior QS/MQS - Bristol, 2 Years. (READ AD BEFORE APPLYING)

My client is a £250million turnover building contractor, privately owned and growing year on year. They are presently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor with experience on large build schemes to undertake a variety of commercially focused duties on schemes valued anything from £10million to £20million. Due to an influx of work and lots of success my client needs to grow his team fast. Types of Projects: • Educational • Commercial • Student Accommodation • Residential Locations of work: • Bristol This is an excellent opportunity for someone to secure a long term contract with an excellent contractor. You will be responsible for valuations, variations, take offs, procurement of subcontractors and will be used to working with JCT FOC & dealing with the client on a daily basis.
