Package Manager (Finishes), London, £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits package We are currently looking for an experienced package manager with experience of working on finishes to be based on a Crossrail related project. Prospective candidates will have trades experience and have the ability to carry out the following duties whilst reporting in to the senior construction manager on the job. To manage design completion and monitor design change. To contribute to coordinated construction planning, programming and sequencing. To actively engage with subcontractors and manage subcontract variations, review/agree sub-contractor progress reports/submissions. To chair trade meetings to review and control time, cost, quality, and safety. To represent the trade contractor at coordination meetings. To monitor progress, ensuring that work quality and techniques are of a compliant standard, report regularly on project performance and cost against company objectives. To observe safe systems of work, report potential hazards and environmental risk. To deliver 1st time packages in accordance with the works information. Skills required: * Experience on large mutli-disciplinary projects with complex interfaces. * Experience related to fit out projects. * Ability to review designs drawings for coordination compliance and buildability. * Active use of design collaboration tools.
