Assistant Quantity Surveyor– Islington Full Time Permanent £32K - £35K salary negotiable Assistant Quantity Surveyor Job –Islington Citi Recruit– Assistant Quantity Surveyor Full time – Permanent – Assistant Quantity Surveyor Citi Recruit is working in partnership with one of the country’s largest Maintenance Contractors to identify an experienced, highly skilled and qualified Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team . You will be managing costs for responsive repairs, cyclical decorations and lifecycle repairs contracts servicing more than 9,000 social housing units. This is fast paced and challenging role; you will be balancing the requirements of residents, the Client and your new company to ensure the best outcome for all parties. You will be responsible for making sure all billing is in line with requirements, and that where appropriate; cyclical/lifecycle repair options are used in lieu of responsive repairs to maximise the value to the Client and your new company, ensuring the smooth running and ongoing cost effectiveness of contracts. You will be friendly, motivated, reliable and a hardworking individual, with a proven track record of working on similar projects within a similar industry sector. You will have extensive knowledge, experience and/or qualifications in building maintenance this includes reactive/responsive repairs, cyclical decorations and/or lifecycle repairs. You must also have a full UK driving licence as there will be some travel involved .
