Freelance Estimator/Quantity Surveyor Devon Salary Negotiable Start ASAP This established and award winning business has earned a fantastic reputation for delivery within their sector. With a wide variety of clients they have delivered a range of showstopping schemes and hold the credit for putting some of the UK's most prestigious venues firmly on the map. Due to an increase in workload, the firm is looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Freelance Estimator. Responsibilities and Duties include: • Producing accurate and competitive estimates and tenders to deadline • Required to price schemes under a range of contracts, offer value engineering solutions • Liaise with clients and site teams and attend tender adjudication and client interviews as required. • Projects are fast track and challenging which requires a pro-active and flexible approach. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in estimating ideally having previous experience with high end fit out, refurbishment and/or property services projects. You should have excellent communication and IT skills, work well under pressure and to deadlines. Due to the nature and location of projects, applicants must be willing to travel occasionally.
