Site Manager / Senior Site Manager - Slough

An ambitious Senior Site Manager with aspirations to develop their career is required by an award winning top 5 main contractor to work within the Education sector in Slough, Berkshire Working under a Contracts Manager you will be working within a ‘hands on role’ pushing projects through to completion whilst ensuring programme, quality and health and safety guidelines are all upheld. Ambitious to progress your career up to Project Management level this client has an enviable reputation for staff development and welfare and has the capacity to offer you opportunities to work on projects ranging from £3m to £15+m. Taking complete ownership of the site as lead Senior Site Manager you will be required to work on this project from enabling works through to completion of this £9m refurbishment of a school. As the number 1 you must be able to create your own long term build programmes using MS Project software, deliver progress reports, be commercially aware and have a high regard for health and safety. Delivered under a framework agreement the project consists of lightweight steel frame, you will also hold valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS accreditations. On offer for this Senior Site Manager position is a basic salary of c. £55,000 - £65,000 per annum plus a comprehensive benefits package.
