Freelance Bid Writer South West England This leading Main Contractor who operates from a network of regional offices and has a wealth of experience within public and private sectors. They have constructed some of the region`s most innovative and landmark buildings and are looking to strengthen their team as required with the appointment of an experienced Construction Bid Writer on a frelance, ad hoc basis. Able to provide a range of services to their clients and enjoying high levels of repeat business, they are well placed in the South West and operate from purpose built offices with the support of a highly experienced and committed team. In this important, varied and challenging role, you will be responsible for producing accurate, specific and professional responses for construction related pre-qualification, framework and tender submissions. Liaising and interacting with the Bid Team, you will research and understand the nature of the contracts and projects the company is involved with in order to continuously improve bid submissions, presentations and client interviews. Working to tight deadlines, the role will require a high level of accuracy, innovation and creative input. Applications are sought from experienced and highly motivated individuals with a proven track record in a Bid Writing role. Candidates should have a sound understanding of the construction industry ideally to include framework submissions. Highly organised and IT literate you should be competent and creative with a range of software. Applicants should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to produce creative, informative and well presented pre quals, tender and framework submissions.
