Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - South West - 6 Year Contract Amoria Bond is currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Newton Abbot / Exeter on a 6 months contract basis. This is an urgent position and has interview slots in place for shortlisted candidates on the 24th of January. The successful candidate will join their expanding Commercial team having successfully won multiple projects within the Rail and Heavy Civil industries. Candidate Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor - Experience in NEC & JCT contract forms - Experience in full lifecycle contract management - Experience in a client facing Quantity Surveying positions - 5 years experience working in the construction or building industries Desirable Qualities: - Having worked for Kier, Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall or other principal contracting companies - Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc) - Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered surveyors or others such as CIOB, ICE, RIBA, CIBSE Click Apply Now to be considered for this position Or send your CV to Alex - Amoria Bond operates as an employment agency and employment business.
