An leading large Main Contractor who have won a number of new projects to start early next year require a Senior Project Manager to join their busy and dynamic team in London, with excellent opportunities to take your career to the next level. The build division in which you would join have displayed steady growth and delivers a variety of building schemes in the London and the South East area. As a company they are turning over in excess of £2 billion and are set to grow further over the next few years. As a division within this company there key markets are commercial, educational and leisure projects up to £40 million in size. As a Senior Project Manager you would be reporting to the visiting Area director on one of two commercial projects within the London area. As a senior member of the operations team you will play a key role in delivering the project, with the responsibility of ensuring safety, environmental & quality compliance as well as programme and budget requirements. The client is seeking an ambitious and driven Senior Project Manager with a proven track record delivering large multi -million pound schemes on budget and can display evidence of this in previous roles. Ideally the Project Manager will be well experienced with a top tier contractor, with a proven track record delivering commercial, educational and leisure scheme.
