Title: Senior Town Planner Location: Basingstoke Salary: £30,000 to £36,000 Penguin are pleased to be working with one of the leading planning consultancies in the market who are looking to appoint either a proven Senior Planner or an experienced Planner looking for progression. After a recent successful recruitment drive my client are looking to continue capitalising on good market conditions with further hirers to its Basingstoke office. As such, this is an exciting opportunity for a talented, commercially minded and dynamic Senior Planner or experienced Planner to lead medium & large small residential projects across the South Coast. You will hold planning experience (ideally in both the public and private sectors) and be used to leading projects from start to finish within budget and timelines. The role will involve you managing projects, ensuring KPI's are met while liaising with all relevant stakeholders. You will be responsible for the production of complex reports and documentation alongside supporting junior team members.
