Job Description
To provide a confidential, high level of administrative and organisational support to the Regional Director and Senior Management Team.
Responsibilities will include diary management and assistance in managing the RD and SMT's time and setting priorities, organise and arrange travel and accommodation including provision of itineraries, continued smooth running of the office, to co-ordinate and produce quality information, organise conferences and meetings, to produce reports using Powerpoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets to a high standard, maintain filing systems and databases & undertake general administration tasks including correspondence, inquiries, phone calls and follow ups. To fulfil this role you will be required to have Advanced levels of Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Exemplary Communication Skills, Excellent letter and report writing skills, organisation skills with an eye for detail, the ability to embrace change and be flexible. Secretarial qualifications including shorthand. This role is part time with working hours of between 10:00 until 2.00PM so will suit someone looking for flexible working hours on a part time basis (20 hours per week)
