Finishing Manager

Freelance Finishing Manager's job available. A loyal client to Sphere are looking for a Finishing Manager, to work across a £40M Student Accommodation development in Gloucester. The project itself involves several blocks of a multi storey RC frame structure. Your new company are a world wide organisation, with this project being ran out of their Bristol office. My client are looking for an individual with experience running large teams of internal trades, with previous work history across Student Accommodation being an advantage. You will be able to monitor and maintain quality, manage subcontractors, ensure health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times and be able to complete all company paperwork as required. The ability to manage people and push forward production on site will be essential, whilst SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are of benefit.
