Senior Quantity Surveyor - PQS/Consultancy - Leicester A leading property and infrastructure Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their traditional Nottingham office in 2017! The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining at a time of significant growth as the Consultancy takes on new projects across the public sector. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an innovative team with a successful track record of delivering spectacular results. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor keen to work for a reputable UK consultancy with a good pipeline of projects Day to day role will include: * Pre- and Post-Contract duties * Public sector projects * Maintain client relationships * Manage and lead projects * Preparing detailed cost plans * Cost management of building projects The Person The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have: * Significant QS experience * MRIC is desirable * JCT and NEC3 contract experience * Managed various high-value projects * Worked on a variety of sectors * Employer's Agent experience is desirable * Expert analytical skills to make informed, balanced business decisions In return?
