Project Manager / Site Manager

Freelance Project Manager / Site Manager's job available. A new client to Sphere are looking for a Senior Site Manager, to work across a 4 storey Passivhaus Housing scheme in South Bristol. Your new company are a well known regional developer and have a good presence within the south west, with this project being ran out of their Gloucester office. My client are looking for an individual with experience managing multiple subcontractors, specifically internal trades. Previous work history involving RC or Timber frame, Passivhaus and difficult logistic schemes would be ideal. You will be able to monitor and maintain quality, manage subcontractors, ensure health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times and be able to complete all company paperwork as required. All drawings and paperwork must be exactly followed! Site certification including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential.
